Innocence
Look at the world with new eyes Hear as for the first time Taste the freshness of the words you say Feel like something never felt before Breathe the air deep and good Love without expecting to be loved back Help the way you would help yourself Be surprised, confused, amazed, true
Midwinter
Snow and ice Cold pinches your nose It's dark everywhere and silent, serene A drop of light warm and inviting twinkling on your way home
Night thoughts
Sighs and howling Fingers of evasive winter tapping the window Too many thoughts in my head Storming back and forth like a riot Pointless, as they will be gone and forgotten in daylight I know the way I won't take it
