Hello,

Have you noticed how sometimes the emails just don't arrive? You wait for one and it never comes.
In my work I've stumbled to situations where the email form on a website doesn't appear to work. The emails don't come through. And the panic ensues.
The problem usually is that the recipient's email client pushes the emails they receive, especially through web forms, straight to the spam box. It's not a place where all realize to check the missing stuff.
Especially I've noticed that Gmail has been pretty crazy with marking content as spam lately. I've got work emails marked as spam, as well as the obvious ones, newsletters and such. And sometimes it's really random. Some of the similar emails go to the spam box, some come to my inbox.
It's easy. Write in:spam to the Gmail search box and hit the search button. The same way you can find the Gmail trash, for instance, writing only in:trash.
You can also search for instance emails from certain sender from your spam on Gmail. Write to the search box the same magic words, in:spam and follow them (a part of the) sender's name or email address before hitting the search button.
To make sure the Gmail (at some point perhaps) will learn not to put those important emails to the spam box, click the Not spam -button when you have the non-spam email selected or opened. It also throws the message back to your inbox, which makes things easier.
