More free images for your blog or design projects
Remember when I shared in March a bunch of resources for finding free photos for your design projects? Less than a couple of weeks ago Creative Commons tipped on their Facebook page about a couple of newish sites for finding high quality public domain (CC0) photos. Public domain photos are completely free and can be used on personal and commercial projects freely without attribution. As long as you remember not to try and take credit for taking these photos. That's granted and I don't believe you are that lame.

Unsplash
Unsplash publishes 10 new photos every 10 days. Anyone can submit their photos to be reviewed and possibly published on the site. The site is by a Montreal based web and app design company called Crew. On this site also all the photos are completely free to use and you don't need to sign up to get them. You can also subscribe to receive the 10 new photos straight in your email when they are published, but it's not mandatory. I have subscribed and so far I'm very happy with it. The photos are beautiful, artsy and high quality with varying subjects.
Skitterphoto
Skitterphoto publishes a new photo every day. All the photos are taken by three photographers from Groningen, The Netherlands and are available to use for completely free however, whenever and wherever you want to use them. The subjects of photos vary and all the photos are very high quality and pretty. You don't have to sign up, log in or donate your first born to get the photos. Just browse around and download.
Pixabay
Pixabay is more like the resources I listed previously. Anyone can submit their photos to the site and anyone can download them. These photos are also completely free to use and you can download the low resolution versions without signing in. Downloading the high resolution photos requires signing up and in the site. The photos are of different subjects and many of them are high quality and interesting.
