Social media tip 4: Let it be (mistakes happen)

Humans, especially some of us, tend to be scared of making mistakes. And if someone makes a mistake we tend to love love love hanging on to it.

Many of the social media services give you a chance to make quick comments and status updates. So mistakes happen. Typos, too much honesty, letting someone provoke you...

Honestly, after a little while no-one will ever remember any of it again. Unless they want to be really hurt you. Or if you make the same mistake over and over again. In order to make everyone's life much easier it's best not to dwell into the little mistakes.

1: Let yourself make mistakes. If they don't threaten your life or lifestyle, let your mistakes go and don't get too upset about them. Learn from them, but don't hang on to them.

2: Let others make mistakes. If it doesn't hurt you personally, it's not your problem. If they won't learn from their mistakes by themselves, it's not your problem. No, it's really not.

Let it be.
