Twitter is very slowly rolling out the option to download and archive of all the Tweets you've made since signing up. Okay so first of all it appears that newer accounts on Twitter are getting their archives available sooner than oldies. So very often this happens: You find a blog post about a subject and start to read it. Unfortunately the text is long as life and your time and patience is limited. Twitter launched it's new profile design earlier this fall and now the new design is on for everyone. The design comes with header or cover images, on the top of each profile page.
